my husband is sooooo getting some tonight. i just thought i'd get that out of the way.
i'm gonna have him grill some ribeyes. some all-umami ribeyes.
1/3 c balsamic vinegar
1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 c worcestershire sauce
2 T crushed mustard seeds
mix well and soak em 30 mins-2 hrs. but no more, k? grill over high heat till no more than med-rare. i'm gonna serve mine with some wilted spinach and baked potatoes.
