i just got it from amazon.com for $149.99 with a $20 rebate and free shipping.
we have the old-skool 11-cup model in *empire red*. it needs many replacement parts. the work bowl is getting all cracked up and the lid's kinda trashed too, among other things. probably $100 worth all told.
so for another $30, we're gonna have a whole new food processor. :)
