no subject redux

the soupe l'oignon survived its stay in the freezer quite well. i should have gone a little easier on the cognac i added to it, or let it cook a little longer though. it was a bit, umm.. boozy.

hell, who am i kidding? we all eat french onion soup for the cheese anyway.
